My Purpose with The Jesus Beat.

The Purpose of this blog? It's simple, to give you the tools to decide what is good Christian Music and what isn't. If you have the tools to know what makes good music, then you will also have the tools to see what music isn't high quality. What prompted me to make this blog? I had a debate regarding what Christian Rock is musically sound, and what isn't with one of my relatives.

About me

First and foremost I am a follower of Christ. I also love quality music. (What is quality music? well, that's what this blog is about!) I'm in high school by age but currently using the CollegePlus! program to get college credits early!
Since this is a blog mostly about music, I suppose I should share my music tastes. My Favorite Christian music groups include: This Hope, Newsboys, Third Day, Keith and Kristen Getty, and B.J. Thomas. Others that I listen to are: Kutless, Toby Mac, Chris Tomlin, Jeremy Camp, Casting Crowns, Petra, and Whiteheart.
